First of all I welcome and congratulate the young aspiring medicos for choosing this “Noble profession”, after facing the challenges of entrance examinations.It is a natural respect aroused in the minds of the people for those with the prefix “Dr.”. The words honesty, dedication, morality, nobility, social commitments are all various facets of the word “Doctor”.

After completing her graduation from Latur Medical College, Dr. Mrs Nagare completed Certificate course in Imaging from University of Leeds (U.K.).

She has taken the responsibility of Executive director of MIMER Medical College, Talegaon Dabhade, since June 2005. Within this short span, she has pursued the dream of development of MIMER Medical college with utmost zeal and enthusiasm.

With her positive, innovative and yet, practical approach, she has not only geared up the pace of development of the institute, but has broadened the scope of being a world class institute, placing it on the map of nation.

With her unequivocal capacity of bringing out the best out of each individual, and dynamic decision making abilities, she has been an inspiration for staff and students as well.
