Two teams of 1st MBBS (2024-2025) students participated in Poster making and Rangoli making competition in IGNITE 2025 conducted at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pune. The rangoli team made their rangoli on the topic of ‘Glycogen metabolism’. The rangoli team won 2nd prize in that competition.

Dr. Vaishali Dhat, Professor & Head of Biochemistry department was awarded certificate of passing in ‘Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics’ from SYMBIOSIS international (Deemed University) in July 2025.

- Dr. S. A. Pratinidhi Won “First prize”in Oral Presentation at LEADCON – 2018.
- Dr. Pravin Baravkar won Second prize in Poster presentation at 7th Annual Research conference at MIMER Medical College, on 2018
- UG Third Prize in Maharashtra state inter collegiate Biochemistry quiz held at LTMMC, Sion, Mumbai 2019 batch.
- Dr. Anjum Sayyed “Third Prize” in oral paper presentation at 9th Annual International conference of Indian Academy of Biomedical Sciences (IABSCON 2020).
- Dr. Anjum Sayyed Won “First prize” in e-Poster presentation at 9th Annual Research conference at MIMER Medical College, Talegaon Dabhade on 2021
