Dr. Ashwinkumar A. Madavi is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at MAEER’s MIMER Medical College & Dr. BSTR Hospital, Talegaon, Pune.

He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College and Hospital, Akola, followed by an M.S. in Orthopaedic Surgery from Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College and Hospital, Nashik, both affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS). To further advance his specialization, he completed a MUHS-certified Fellowship in Joint Replacement Surgery at Lokmanya Hospital, Pune.

Since joining MIMER Medical College in September 2022, Dr. Ashwinkumar has played an integral role in both academic teaching and surgical practice. His core areas of interest include Trauma Surgery and Arthroplasty, where he continues to contribute through clinical excellence, research, and mentoring young orthopaedic trainees.
